PetPal Calendar provides a platform to connect pet owners with professional pet service providers ("Professionals"). We are not a party to the transactions or agreements made between pet owners and Professionals. We do not employ, recommend, or endorse any Professionals or pet owners, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user of our Service.

4. Payments

Fees for services provided by Professionals are determined by them and are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By booking services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. We are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit.

6. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall PetPal Calendar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
